Dr. Jann Thulien

DC (Doctor of Chiropractic)

DACBR, FCCR (C)

Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College

Dr. Thulien's interest in chiropractic began at an early age, when her mother started working at a chiropractic office.  From her mother's side, she saw patients improving quickly without the use of drugs or surgery.  Her own sports injuries were quickly resolved with chiropractic as well.

Chiropractic was a natural career choice for Dr. Thulien.  After her undergraduate studies, she took four years of chiropractic training, graduating cum laude, from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto in 1988.  Dr. Thulein then completed an additional two-year residency program in radiology.  During her residency, she taught at the school and also worked in a hospital and at various chiropractic clinics.  In 1990, she started practising in Ottawa West/Nepean.

Today, when she is not treating patients at her office, she works as a chiropractic radiologist, interpreting radiographs and writing radiographic reports for other Ottawa chiropractors.  Dr. Thulien is also an independent assessor for motor vehicle accidents.  In keeping with her desire to share her knowledge and expertise, Dr. Thulien is a professional speaker and educator and serves as a peer assessor for the College of Chiropractors of Ontario
